The Cost of Relocating Employees Is Rising
Employers are finding in this tough housing market that they must pay job prospects more to relocate them. Because many new employees fear losing money on their existing home, employers in some cases are offering to purchase the home or provide corporate housing while the home sells. Of course, in a recession, employers may have many more recruits to choose from and might not be so generous.
